This is the returns policy of Dental Plus Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 11 618 555 543) and its related and associated entities (“Dental Plus”) for the sale of products and services (“Dental Plus Services”).

Dental Plus Services include the information, content, materials, products, and software included on or otherwise made available to you through the Dental Plus Services.

Change of mind returns

You may return most new and unopened Dental Plus Services items within 7 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item, if you change your mind. Unless otherwise stated, original delivery fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. Please note that it can take up to 15-25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.

When you have initiated your return, you will be required to return the item at your own expense.

Returning faulty items

Our returns and refund policies do not limit other rights and remedies you may have under law such as the Australian Consumer Law, including in respect of faulty items. If you need to return a faulty item, please contact us for assistance.

For returns of defective, faulty, damaged or incorrect items, once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item. This includes the original delivery costs and reasonable substantiated delivery costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

Where possible, please notify us of faulty items by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If you need to return an item outside of 14 day window, please still contact us and we will assess your claim.

Once you have reported the faulty item to us, please ship the item to us using a carrier that is convenient for you. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service. Please retain any tracking information given to you by the carrier.

When the returned item(s) are received by us, your refund will automatically include a reasonable sum calculated by us in return shipping fees. If your reasonable return shipping costs exceed the sum specified by us, you will need to contact us after shipping the item and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred for which you will be reimbursed.

Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.

Customer Damage

Dental Plus is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering is, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition.

Other rights

Our returns policies are in addition to any other rights that you may have under law.
